Girl with Red Hair

I made this image with PhotoImpact using a black and white clipart image from the Free Dover Sampler. Converted to Grayscale and and using the Magic Wand tool I filled the selections with colours, gradients and textures from the EasyPalette. PhotoImpact's Dodge and Burn tools to finish the image.
