Instructions:
After installing the filters start your copy of PhotoImpact and open the rose and mask images. Minimize the mask. Ctrl+D to make a copy of the rose image. Close the original. Change to the Standard Selection tool and in the Attribute Toolbar use these settings:

Set your background color to white. Click on the larger rose and right click: Convert to Object. Drag the rose object to a new canvas

and minimize it for later use. Go back to the large image and right click: None to deselect. Go to Effect - Fantastic Machines - Paint Engine and use these settings:

and click Apply.

Go to Effect - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss and apply the default settings.
Go to Effect - Fantastic Machines - Paint Engine and use these settings:

Apply FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss once more.

You will have something similar to this now::

We now need to apply the mask that you have minimized before. Leave it there and in the Menu Bar click on Selection - Import Selection. Your mask will show up like this:

Right click and Convert to Object. Menu bar: Edit - Fill - Image tab. Browse to your desktop folder and find the wd-gold fill that was included in the zipped file. Right click: Shadow with these settings:

Deselect. Open the minimized rose object. It should still be selected. Copy the object and paste it on your main image. Move it with the Pick Tool to the main gold frame on the left. Right click: Arrange: Send Backward. My image looks like this at this point.

Deselect. Go back to the separate canvas with the rose object. Resize the object to 50%.
In the Menu bar go to Photo - Focus and click the 3rd thumbnail on the top row. Copy and paste it onto the large image and move it to the top right gold frame. Duplicate and move the duplicate to the lower gold frame.

In your Layer Manager select the layer with the gold frame:

Right click: Arrange - Bring to Front.
Right click: Select All Objects. Right click: Merge as a Single Object.
Menu Bar - Photo - Focus - Options - Auto-adjust and click OK. Right click: Merge All. Add your name or watermark to the image. Optimize and save your image. You are done!.
