Select all these 3 objects ( do NOT include your frame layer),
right click: Align: Space Evenly with these settings:
Your image should look like this now:
With your three objects still selected: Merge as a Single Object. Keep selected. Rename this layer lattice 1
Duplicate this layer 2 times for a total of 3, rename the duplicated layers, lattice 2 and lattice 3.
Your Layer manager should look like this now:
Using the Ctrl key, select the three lattice layers in your Layer Manager, change to the Transform Tool and Rotate by Degree and rotate the layers 45 degrees to the right (clockwise)
With your Pick Tool move the three selected layers towards the center of your canvas.
Deselect all layers and now select your lattice 2 layer and rotate it 90 degrees to the left.

Your image looks like this now.
Now we are going to erase a few parts of the lattice 3 layer to create a weave effect.
To do this pick up your Object Paint Eraser Tool and use these settings:
Be sure that your lattice3 layer is selected.
Zoom in to 200%. Carefully erase the 5 parts of the lattice3 layer like you see in the image below.
You don't need to be afraid to damage your image, because the first lattice layer will prevent that.
My image looks like this now:
Select your 3 lattice layers and Merge as a Single Object.
Save your work.
If you like you can drag this object to one of your EasyPalette Libraries for later use.
Rename this layer weave1.Right click: Align: Center Vertically.
At this point my Layer Manager looks like this:
Duplicate your weave1 layer.
Rename it weave2.
With your weave2 layer selected, go to Adjust: Resize and resize the object to 75%.
Be sure to use these settings:
Right click: Align: Top
Duplicate your weave2 layer and rename it weave3.
Right click: Align: Bottom.
Select your 3 weave layers. Right click: Align: Center Horizontally.
This is how my image looks now:
Select all 3 of the weave layers and Merge as a Single Object.
Rename this layer: weave.
Go to Photo: Focus and click on the third thumbnail on the top row.
Apply a Drop Shadow with these settings:
Right click: Align -- Right.
Deselect and save your work.
