Let us put a picture in our frame now. |
|---|
Pick up your Magic Wand from the Tool Panel. Click inside the frame, right click: Expand/Shrink Expand the selection with 2 pixels. Right click: Convert to Object. In your Layer Manager you can see the size of the new object. It should be below your frame layer. Mine is 450 x268 pixels. Make a note of these dimensions. Click undo, so the object converts back to selection again. We only needed it to be an object so we would know the inner dimensions of the frame. Minimize your frame image. Open the Berthe Morisot22 image from your folder and change to the Standard Selection Tool: We need to make the selection a few pixels larger than the 450 x 268 that we need to fill our frame. Click in the left top corner of the image and use your arrow keys to select the piece of the image that you want in your frame. My selection looked like this: Click the Crop Button in the Attribute Toolbar. ![]() Right click: Copy You can close the image now, we won't need it anymore. Open your frame image again. The selection should still be there. Go to Edit in the Menu Bar -- Paste -- Fit into Selection. Right click: Select All Objects. Merge as a Single Object. Add your watermark to your work and apply a drop shadow. Fill the background with own of your own and you are done ! Merge All and Optimise and save your work. My final image looked like this: ![]() The picture below is the lovely work of ggrannyrose. Please click the link to visit her beautiful site.
