Instructions:
We will continue with his arms now.

Pick up your Path Drawing Tool. Mode; 2D. Color is not important.
Shape: Custom Shape -- B25.



Draw a shape any size. Right click: Properties: Position and Size tab.
Uncheck the Keep aspect ratio and fill in 78 for the width and 140 for the height.



Click the Editing button on the Attribute Toolbar to go into Path edit Mode with these settings:



With your Pick Point selected: drag the node on the right side up and to the right to create a shoulder line.



Use the transform handles to create an arm shape like this ( see screen shot above)

When you are happy with your arm, click out of edit mode and change the 2D mode to Selection.



Save your work.

Click into Mask Mode.
Apply the Eye Candy - Jiggle with the same settings.
Click out of Mask Mode and Convert to Object. Fill with the darker fur fill image.

Rename this layer arm1.

Pick up your Airbrush same settings, but change the size of the brush to 40 and the Soft Edge to 55.
Apply the Paint on Edges effect twice. Put the arm in place like this:
It should be your bottom layer.



Retouch Tool: Dodge with these settings:
Make sure that the Edit Selected Object Only button is pressed.



Click a few times on the middle part of the arm to create a highlight.



Duplicate the arm, flip it Horizontally and put in place.
Rename this layer: arm 2 and Send to the Back in your Layer Manager.



Duplicate your head layer and rename it: body. Send it to the Back.
With your down arrow key move it behind the arms like this:



Duplicate the muzzle layer. Rename it : belly. In your Layer Manager move it below your arm1 and arm2 layer.



Deselect.
